Vision Med LTC and Compounding Pharmacy works with each facility to customize their medication records to fit the facility’s needs. We can provide Physician Orders, MARs, TARs, and specialty records based on the facility’s requests. Specialty records can include, but are not limited to, coumadin, diabetic injection, regular injection, and pain medication.

We can send admit medication records with all new admissions at the time the medications are delivered. This allows the nursing staff to focus on patient care rather than paperwork. The Vision Med’s medical records department is available to customize these records, as well as accommodate any changes a facility determines necessary.
